I am a leadership transformation coach and legacy envisioner.

I coach women executives holistically, addressing both their professional and personal lives.

As an immigrant, though I faced adversity, I was driven to excel because of the values instilled by my mother.

I grew up really believing you should always strive for excellence in the most competitive arenas, so I have always challenged myself professionally.

I worked my way through the ranks of corporate America, honing my competitive edge to ensure I had a seat at the executives’ table where important decisions were being made.

I also took on international leadership opportunities in Europe, Latin America, India and Africa. It was exhilarating and exhausting, all in the same breath. After many years in global leadership roles, I began to realize my purpose would be better served in creating unique endeavors more aligned with my values and passion.

I am a seasoned business strategist, serial entrepreneur, executive coach, and change catalyst, with over 20 years of experience coaching and consulting with CEOs, boards of directors, and senior management on business approaches and implementation, leadership development, and succession planning.

I have worked in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors throughout the United States, Africa, South America and Asia in various industries, including consumer products, utilities, energy, tech, and professional services.

I have the innate ability to help leaders discover their individual gifts and understand their potential impact on their lives, businesses, and communities. I know once you define and communicate what you want out into the universe clearly and put the work toward it, you can achieve your goals.

I also help clients recognize the resilience they have to cope with whatever challenges they are facing, whether that’s trauma or burnout or something else. There is healing in naming your struggles and taking action to move beyond them.

My background and skills allow me to work across industries and cultures, supporting leaders in finding their purpose, aligning their values to their business objectives, and creating enduring leadership and business legacies.
